John Blank had extensive experience in the healthcare both as a practicing physician and a senior executive in the managed care and services sectors of the healthcare industry.
John has successfully built and sold numerous managed care organizations. As Chief Executive of Harmony Health Plan, John led the company through a successful acquisition by WellCare in 2004. He then served as Chief Executive Officer of Unison Health Plans where he grew revenues to more than $950 Million before the business was acquired by UnitedHealth subsidiary, AmeriChoice, in 2008.
John was then Chief Operating Officer of AmeriChoice before serving as Senior Vice President of the Emerging Business Group at UHG.
John earned a medical degree from McGill University is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric hematology and oncology.

Joseph H. Whitney has significant professional business development, executive management, and financial experience with numerous companies ranging from start-ups to major public companies and is actively involved in venture capital investing.
He has been on the Board of Directors of numerous charitable organizations, and both private and public companies including Hixon Properties, Hawaiian Development Corp., Electro-Magnetic Components Inc., the Whitney Foundation, and Loring Corners.

Keith Halleland is a founder and shareholder of Halleland Habicht PA, where he co-chairs the health law practice. Keith focuses his practice in the areas of regulatory compliance, business transactions and health care policy. He serves as general counsel for the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA), as well as the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE).
Keith is also the CEO of a start-up company known as Community Health Initiatives. Community Health Initiatives is a national ACO development and management company that has particular areas of expertise in developing and managing “total cost of care” contracts and the development of population health strategies to reduce costs and improve the quality of health care with defined populations, such as Medicaid.
Dave is an experienced sales leader of health and healthcare services. He began his career with Definity Health where he was responsible for regional employer sales, consumer sales, and account management growth. Upon the company’s sale to UnitedHealth Group, he became President of the Healthcare Transformation Group. David then co-founded RedBrick Health, a health and wellness company dedicated to changing the financing to reward consumer healthy lifestyles . In 2009, David co-founded The Second Story Sales Company and currently serves as its CEO.
J.D. is the Managing Director at TreeHouse Health where he oversees operations, facilitates business development and is responsible for executing investments in TreeHouse Portfolio Companies.
J.D. has past experience sourcing, evaluating and executing investments in early stage companies. He also has experience working in corporate Government Affairs. J.D. is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in Political Science and Business Legal Studies and is currently pursuing an MBA at the Carlson School of Management.
